Cozy, nice service and very good food

Very great restaurant. Good hearty German cuisine. Decent portions and well priced. Very friendly staff and you feel warmly welcomed in the Cologne way. I hope you survive this corona time. We would like to come to you again.

Nice restaurant / hotel! no matter if toilets, restaurant or room, everything is really well-kept and clean. The food is also highly recommended, there is something for everyone.

Wow just wow. Despite corona, the service here is more than friendly and competent. The food is just great and the atmosphere is great. I can only recommend it to everyone who wants to relax and eat well. 👌❤️

Cozy restaurant. Looks very inconspicuous from the outside. But food was good. Friendly service. Food can also be taken with you. What struck me positively it was very clean and also the toilet.

Very long waiting times 1.5 hours .... mediocre food. The service was unfriendly and inattentive - too much counter noise. OK for a bar visit - but there are better alternatives for eating in Niederzier. Unfortunately, they don't keep what they promise. We've been there twice. Never again. Apparently no regular customers wanted.

Can only say the food is great the room too. Staff very friendly. Only the toilet for the workers room is not too small with 1.80m are the knees on the door and I'm bigger 🙄

Eat very delicious, nice staff. Nice beer garden. What I always look at are the sanitary facilities and here I can say very exemplary how it is for a hotel / restaurant. By the way, you even have a bike rental service so you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

This insolence never happend to me in my life... So me and my collegues came to the recepition in order to get keys from our rooms, after retreiving our reservation she was kind a like wondering why there are less people about to be accomondated. I have stated clearly that reservation has been done by our company and we are only 3 persons and she could not understand why we are not 4 or so... Then after an hour i had a call from the reception that we got given wrong rooms and that this needs to be corrected. So when i came back i have found out, that all the things from my room are out in hallway!!! Receptionist simply put all my things out whilst i was outside and she gave me new keys from the room then...

Very friendly service. Open on public holidays and Sundays. Fine hearty home cooking. Good portions. Nicely prepared. Everything was very neat and clean. Filet pot is highly recommended
